CO-FOUNDER AND CEO
Benny Cunningham formed 360 Solutions by merging Automotive Commodity Exchange (ACE) and MCI Cores (MCI) to combine the collection, harvesting, and distribution of large and small automotive cores. Owner of Cunningham Brothers Auto Parts since 1981, Benny has worked on building the recycler core program on a nationwide level to service manufacturing needs. He served as President of the PRP Mid Atlantic group from 1999-2010 and as a board member for PRP and URG.

Wade Hilburn brings over 22 years of experience in the automotive remanufacturing business. His career included 12 years in Business Development for one of the largest engine remanufacturers in the US. He successfully launched the first direct sales program for remanufactured engines, transmissions, and transfer cases that utilized the auto recycler network as a distribution channel. It was during this time that he recognized the opportunity to expand the reconditioned and remanufactured market and offer OEM parts into the collision industry which became the genesis of Original One Parts™.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR
Jerry Sullivan has spent 23 years in the senior management of the Salvage Auction industry providing vehicle remarketing services and innovative solutions to the insurance claims industry. His career included time as the President of ASC Auctions, SVP of KAR Holdings, and as a principle owner of QCSA Holdings, Inc., which was sold to Copart, Inc. in 2013. During his career, he has served on several state salvage titling task forces; as a CIECA Director; on the ISO APD committee; the Federal NMVTIS Advisory Board; the IACP Vehicle Crimes Committee; and two terms as the President of the American Salvage Pool Association.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Dean Cerimeli held the position of Director of Truck Product for U-Haul for 17 years managing the largest US fleet of 130,000 vehicles. During his career with U-Haul he managed OE engineering, specifications, quality control, and product repair. Dean served on Ford’s Fleet Advisory Board from 2008-2017.
VICE PRESIDENT - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Driehorst comes with a wealth of experience within the Industry, having spent the last 4 years managing total loss salvage recovery on a global scale at AIG Property and Casualty insurance company. His work at AIG encompassed many different lines of business in the USA, Europe, South America and Asia. Prior that, he spent 9 years in a variety of roles at QCSA Holdings, inc., a salvage auction company which was acquired by Copart in 2013.
DIRECTOR - OEM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
PHIL Armbruster comes to Original One Parts with a lot of industry experience, having spent the past 25 years at Ford Motor Co., where he was instrumental in numerous management roles including product engineering, product marketing and remanufactured program management.
DIRECTOR OF SALES
Josh Kirbach brings over 11 years of selling and serving to automotive shops throughout the Midwest and MidSouth. Kirbach has managed many relationships with MSOs, parts providers, salvage and service vendors throughout several regions. Kirbach served as a District Sales Manager for Mac Tools and then transitioned into a Regional Sales Manager roll with Advantage Parts Solutions. Kirbach brings an extensive knowledge of the industry to the Original One Parts team.
